Return and Exchange Policy for Qaid

At Qaid, we strive to provide a pleasant and secure shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

 

1. Return and Exchange Period:

• You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• Manufacturing Defects: Returns or exchanges are allowed if the product has manufacturing defects.
• Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, you may exchange it.
Note: Returns or exchanges are not allowed for any other reasons beyond defects or damage.

• The product must be in its original condition (unused and unconsumed).
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and attachments.

• Products that have been used or consumed are not eligible for return or exchange.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 01080695085, and provide:
o Order number.
o Product name.
o Reason for return or exchange.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of exchange.
• If the product arrives damaged, Qaid will cover all shipping and associated fees for the return or exchange.

• The refund will be issued to the customer upon the return of the product and its inspection.
